</p><p><strong>The Team</strong><br/>
The Sustainability Reporting team is a growing team that consists of 3 highly skilled and dedicated professionals within the wider Financial Controlling function. Responsible for Best-in-class Sustainability Reporting – speed and quality. Efficient management, compliance, and operational control over sustainability reporting area with reliable and accurate data, KPIs and analysis and reporting.<br/>
Ensure good collaboration with Group Asset Management, Financial Controlling and Environmental and Social sustainability teams.<br/>
This is a full-time position, open for candidates based in Oslo.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your core responsibilities encompass</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Group Asset management team and execute sustainability strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.</li><li>Mapping different reporting frameworks CSRD/ESRS, (IFRS S1 & S2), GRESB, CDP, and SDGs in identifying key differences and similarities to ensure comprehensive alignments and bringing synergies across different reporting.</li><li>Monitor regulatory developments in sustainability reporting and assess their impact on organizational reporting strategies.</li><li>Establish and ensure the implementation of standardized ESG reporting guidelines and applicable policies across all countries where Heimstaden operates.</li><li>Contribute to the ESG reporting and consolidation process, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of ESG quarterly and annual reports.</li><li>Manage, secure, and oversee the processes for collecting, controlling, and analysing ESG data and other relevant information across the organization.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, availability, and efficiency, and work towards continuous process improvements to enhance data quality and analytics.</li><li>Act as a business partner to other departments, including Asset Management, People and Culture, and Finance, to ensure alignment on ESG data and reporting.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation and control with sustainability reports and other relevant reporting formats, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating with local sustainability teams and their understanding, compliance and adherence to relevant sustainability linked reporting.</li><li>Ensure the high quality and analysis of consolidated ESG data from all countries where Heimstaden is present</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>To fit this role, we look for you who has</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as sustainability manager from a large company, preferably in an international business environment.</li><li>Experience from working with most frameworks within sustainability reporting and corporate compliance requirements.</li><li>Solid IT knowledge and interest in reporting systems. Experience from working with projects and process development.</li><li>Excellent skills in 365 office (notably ppt and excel) and preferably experience with D365</li><li>University degree/MSc in business administration, sustainability or similar</li></ul><p><br/>
