Job Description

• As a S/4 Project implementation Manager you are responsible for the successful migration of Internal Customer Master Data from SAP R3 to S/4HANA systems and contributing directly to the worldwide S/4 transformation at Bosch;
• Ensure data preparation and migration to S/4 target systems based on global S4 rollout roadmap;
• Using Analytics, Automation and Workflow Tools (e.g. PowerBI, Knime, Alteryx) to increase efficiency and quality of daily work;
• Coordination with internal Partner and Stakeholders (Master Data Owner, Project Leads, Managers);
• Fulfilling the requirements of business partners and stakeholders in terms of time, scope and quality;
• Supporting Master Data Owner and S/4 project managers as specialist for migration projects;
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of project status and progress;
• Harmonizing and structuring different approaches for Internal Customer Master Data migrations;
• Creating and updating of procedures or instructions when necessary;
• Performing any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

• University Diploma;
• High school Diploma;
• Language: English;
• University Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or similar areas;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (preferred: Customer Master Data);
• Advanced knowledge in SAP R3 and/or S4/HANA (transactions, data model, business processes);
• Ability to use BI and automation tools;
• Analytical skills and logical thinking;
• Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility;
• Driven by achieving targets and goals;
