Lead Field Provider
We’re seeking a Lead Field Provider to join our growing Operations team. We're looking for folks with experience in EMS or healthcare operations to supervise the onboarding, training, engagement and day to day operational and clinical aspects of our national network of Field Providers. About the Role, The Lead Field Provider will:
- Report to the Manager of Mobile Integrated Healthcare
- Supervises day to day operations by providing supervision to the Field Operations Team
- Responsible for developing go to market strategy and deployment plans
- Supervises network of Field Providers, providing broad supervision and leadership
- Responsible for scheduling and time management of assign geographies
- Supports patient outreach and completes market business development tasks
- Responsible for recruitment, hiring, and training of all Field Providers
- Owns KPI in given geography, developing improvement plans
- Completes chart review and performs QA reviews
- Completes visits as a Field Provider when needed
About You
- Licensed Paramedic
- 2+ years experience working with EMS providers and clinicians in support, operations, program or project management.
- Knowledge of and experience with project management frameworks
- Experience using Slack and Google Suite

Compensation: $32- $38 hourly depending on experience.
