About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Jumpcloud, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our business processes and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT, to ensure that Salesforce is effectively leveraged to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce functionality and integration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within Salesforce and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Lead technical teams to design and document solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining best practices and scalability.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, including data models, Flows, custom fields, and validation rules, to align with business needs.
• Participate in solution design, provide feedback, highlight technical dependencies, and perform impact analysis.
• Analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and assist with data clean up.
• Collaborate with additional teams to manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Perform thorough testing of new Salesforce features and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and customizations.
• Communicate between development teams and the internal/external customer or end user.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Administrator with Salesforce is required.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a SaaS or technology company.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required, additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities throughout the various clouds.
• Proficiency in data modeling, process automation, and workflow design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is a plus.

#LI-JW1In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $105,000 - $115,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in this Job Description. For US Roles: All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.  Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.  If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.
