Role Purpose

As an NDC Solutions Expert you act as a link between the Development and Product Teams and Customers, gathering functional requirements and translating them to technical requirements for the development and implementation of new products and enhancement of existing products.

Duties & Responsibilities
 

• Engage with key IT and product stakeholders to design solutions across multiple products, forming consensus on approach and architecture. 

• Coordinate across teams to deliver software to requirements, ensuring dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated, and requirements are well defined understood.

• Working closely with the Product Owner to ensure all Stories and documentation adheres to the Definition of Ready

• Ability to understand and navigate the complete NDC and retailing workflow, including cross-functional processes.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles, focusing on implementing business SaaS solutions and utilizing APIs, preferably within the Airline sector

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

• Strong skills in engineering, system design, and technical specification writing

• Comfortable working with senior business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users

• Pays attention to detail, embodies a document-first culture

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Airline Retailing and NDC experience
