Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a balance between compliance requirements, system integration needs, and business goals. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Lead complex data integration efforts across multiple teams, working closely with engineering, compliance, and domain teams to create and implement standards for secure, scalable system connections and data exchange protocols. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</strong>: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and OKRs. Transform complex technical challenges into clear business value propositions.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Technical Product Development:</strong> Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical landscape overview that showcases system integration points, data flows, and architectural dependencies to support compliance requirements and platform scalability. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Technical Problem Solving:</strong> Drive technical decisions through a deep understanding of system integration requirements, compliance needs, and data exchange constraints.
