We’re looking for a Scrum Master to coach the engineering, product, and solution architecture teams on Scum principles and help them achieve their highest performance levels. Guide teams through the Agile process, foster cross-team collaboration and ensure product delivery. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Keep teams on track and maximize productivity. You will:· Collaborate with development teams to ensure they follow their Agile framework values and practices.· Plan events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.· Facilitate decision-making processes and eliminate impediments to support product initiatives.· Customize the agendas of agile ceremonies to best fit the needs of the team while still producing desired outcomes.· Measure and motivate development teams to optimize processes and increase productivity.· Proactively address and resolve impediments, conflicts, and issues to ensure smooth product delivery.· Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery.· Communicate progress, dependencies, and impediments effectively to stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.· Provide regular updates as to progress, budget, and ability to meet commitments to leadership.· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. You bring:· 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on technology teams.· Knowledge of software development lifecycle and system engineering concepts, methods, and techniques.· Experience applying Agile frameworks and practices.· Experience with Jira or similar tool· Ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively.· Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.· Proven ability to balance multiple, concurrent/parallel activities.· Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business or related or equivalent related work experience. Extra credit:· Previous start up company experience· Experience in health insurance or related industry· SSM, CSM, CSPO, IPC-ACC certification Competitive pay is standard.
