Supervisor, Security and Safety

Responsible for supervising officers assigned to his/her tour of duty. Ensures all incident reports are clear and concise when entered into the computer. Reviews and approves all officers logs before they are finalized. Oversees that all hospital/security equipment is handled with care and the appropriate precautions are practiced to safeguard them. All appropriate logs are utilized to document the use as required. Reports all issues to the security manager in a timely manner and trouble shoots and calls for service when appropriate.

Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and three to five years of previous work related experience required (Military or Police experience preferred). Valid driver’s license required, as well as compliance with Qualifications to Drive a System Vehicle as well as all policies as outlined in the SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program.
