Salesforce Developer (Apex/LWC)

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Configuration Engineer with strong Salesforce development experience (Apex & Lightning Web Components). This role will focus on configuring and enhancing Salesforce Field Service solutions to support business operations and optimize field workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and standard Salesforce configuration tools

• Configure and support Salesforce Field Service (FSL) functionality

• Build custom components, triggers, flows, and integrations

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Optimize field service scheduling, dispatching, and mobile solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

• Experience with Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and custom objects

• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
