This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud-ops platform. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What you'll do

 

- Develop and maintain self-paced web-based and instructor-led course curricula for various HPE products with a primary focus on the HPE Morpheus Software family. Including HPE Morpheus Enterprise and VM Essentials
- Develop, maintain, and possibly deliver technical white papers and just in time workshops on critical feature releases within the scoped products to the field
- Ensure the scope of all content is fit for consumption by the various audiences who need it. Pre-Sales, Customer, Partner, Services, Support, etc...
- Contribute to and may lead the portfolio management process, which includes needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning solutions.
- Align development priorities with the needs of the company corporate and/or business/functions.
- Achieve operational goals and assigned metrics.

 

What you need to bring

 

- First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a training development or equivalent role.
- 4+ years experience, including the management of large projects.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

 

- Advanced facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.
- Advanced Linux administration, cloud concepts, intermediate scripting or coding skills.
- Some experience in Private Cloud technologies such as VMware, etc
- Experience and knowledge of HPE Morpheus Software preferred
- Some experience in leading educational workshops to various audiences
- Advanced project management and process development skills.
- Advanced expertise working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Advanced leadership, communication, change management, and relationship management skills.
- Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex tools, technologies, systems.
