About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Project Management to lead high-impact enterprise projects for Vitech. In this senior leadership role, you will drive the successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives while owning client relationships at the executive level. You will bring financial acumen, strategic insight, and executive presence—delivering outcomes that strengthen both client trust and business growth. 

What you will do:

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through delivery, ensuring alignment with business and client outcomes 
• Own project financials, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and revenue recognition 
• Build and manage executive client relationships, presenting updates with clarity, confidence, and storytelling impact 
• Anticipate risks, drive mitigation, and turn challenges into opportunities for stronger delivery 
• Influence leaders across Solution, Engineering, QA, Product, Cloud Ops, and Finance to achieve results and resolve escalations 
• Shape and elevate project management practices, serving as a thought leader within the organization 

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years of project management leadership, with success delivering large-scale technology programs 
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred 
• Proven executive client management skills with the gravitas to influence at senior levels 
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and forecasts 
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to distill complex data into compelling insights 
• Expertise in Agile and traditional methodologies, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and scale best practices
