Senior Software Engineer - CIEM

What you will do

• Reporting into the Sr. Engineering Manager you will architect efficient and reusable code that creates complex applications
• You will design features built on top of our data architecture
• You will contribute with high quality code and promote best practices around development
• You will manage complex projects in close collaboration with Product Managers and other Software Engineers
• You will participate in an on-call rotation to address any urgent issue

What you will bring with you

• Solid experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new programming languages as needed.Hands-on experience with Go is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of backend engineering fundamentals, including RESTful API design, microservice-based architectures, and modern communication protocols such as gRPC and GraphQL. Proficient in working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Experience with writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure robustness and reliability of code
• Strong focus on performance, security, and scalability while implementing features

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience developing scalable and secure Backend services
• Team work and focus on collaboration

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $143,000 and 179,000 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
