In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high quality workforce reporting that meets CSRD requirements by collecting and preparing quantitative disclosures in line with reporting standards.</p><p></p><p><b>Your colleagues</b></p><p>You’ll be part of the People &amp; Reward Analytics team. Together we equip leaders and decision makers with trusted, actionable and impactful insights. Our primary goal is to inform decisions about our people strategy and measure progress. We contribute to continuous growth, efficiency and financial results through data governance, insightful analytics, and comprehensive reporting. You will report into the Senior Manager, Workforce Sustainability Reporting, and partner closely with colleagues in the CSRD programme.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll be doing</b></p><p>Partnering with your team and data owners, you will focus on ensuring high quality disclosures about our workforce. Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Deliver key elements of the workforce submission (ESRS S1) under CSRD to ensure LSEG meets its reporting obligations.</li><li>Collaborate with SMEs in to collect and refine data.</li><li>Proactively contribute to defining and implementing robust reporting standards for workforce data.</li><li>Monitor and report on data quality for data points in scope, working with SMEs to address gaps.</li><li>Prepare mid-point and year end qualitative workforce reporting.</li><li>Support the integration of data into CSRD reporting technology solutions as needed.</li><li>Prepare for and participate in assurance readiness activities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><ul><li>Solid understanding and experience of Workday and sophisticated Excel skills are essential. PowerBI, Alteryx or SQL experience are an advantage.</li><li>Regulatory reporting experience an advantage.</li><li>A proven track record in People/HR business intelligence in a complex international business.</li><li>Practical experience in designing and delivering reporting to diverse users.</li><li>Customer focused and comfortable working with diverse colleagues in different functions.</li><li>Resilient, able to deal with complexity in a <span>people-centric business.</span></li><li>Cultural awareness and sensitivity.</li><li>Data led and technology savvy.</li></ul><p></p><p><span><span><span><b>Your package when joining Gdynia Team:</b></span></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span><span><b>Wellbeing</b>: monthly wellness allowance an
