Project Accounting Specialist I

The Project Specialist is responsible for post award entry and review of project information into the D365 Finance and Operations system. The Project Specialist will work closely with CX team members, Project Management and Operations.

 

• Responsible for project setup in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
• Work with Project Management and Operations to create project cost budget
• Work with Project Management and Operations to monitor and perform invoice proposal task
• Track client purchase orders and ensure reference where appropriate
• Administration and review of projects in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
• Support and participate in other company initiatives as directed by senior management
• Perform other duties as assigned

 

 

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.  The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
