We are currently looking for a GREW Sustainability Intern reporting to our Plainsboro office.
The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025
Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Your key responsibilities
- Support the Energy Reduction program by supporting energy assessments, energy benchmarking and data management (Regional)
- Support the dashboard development of the sustainability performance metrics (Global)
- Support the deployment of the Green Lab challenge and track participation (Pilot program)
- Assist in developing a lab asset registry (Regional)
- Develop content for the sustainability communications program (Regional / Global)
- Attend sustainability network meetings and follow up on action items (Global)

You Bring
- Currently working on completion of degree in environmental science, engineering or similar degree. Two full years of study prior to the start of the internship are preferred
- Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 – August 14, 2025
- Understanding of asset management, lab operations and/or ESG preferred
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
