As Project Manager II, you will support the Strategy Advisors and oversee all aspects of small projects or defined phases of larger initiatives. Under the guidance of the Strategy Advisors, you will coordinate project team activities and ensure the successful achievement of project objectives through comprehensive planning, execution, and evaluation. In addition, you will manage logistics for scheduling business partners with Cleveland Clinic Research and assist in maintaining and strengthening these relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.
Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of Strategy Advisors.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Resolve problems.
Completes audits and identify trends.
Determine system improvements and implement changes.
Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects
OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience
OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Project Management Certification (PMP)
Adept at managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams
Proficient in project management tools
Stakeholder management expertise
A results-driven mindset
