Senior QA Engineer - Performance

We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.</p><p dir="ltr">We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer with a focus on Performance to join our growing team.<br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Build and improve the performance testing process: </strong><br/>● Define the right testing strategy: what types of tests to use, whether that’s load, stress, long-term….and at which level <br/>● Choose and implement tools for performance testing.<br/>● Create reusable test scripts and templates based on the product architecture<br/><br/><strong>Integrate into engineering workflows:</strong><br/>● Add performance tests into the existing CI/CD pipeline<br/>● Set up automatic test runs and define clear standards for how and when to run test<br/><br/><strong>Data collection and analysis: </strong><br/>● Set up systems to monitor application performance. <br/>● Collect, visualise, and analyse key performance metrics<br/>● Prepare clear reports with suggestions for improvements<br/><br/><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p dir="ltr">● 5+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years focused on performance testing</p><p dir="ltr">● Experience in building or improving performance testing processes</p><p dir="ltr">● Strong knowledge of one or more performance testing tools. </p><p dir="ltr">● Experience adding performance tests into CI/CD pipelines. </p><p dir="ltr">● Understanding of web application and microservices architecture. </p><p dir="ltr">● Ability to work with performance metrics and monitoring systems.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong><br/>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul> </ul><p dir="ltr">● Experience in the fintech industry. </p><p dir="ltr">● Knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools. </p><p dir="ltr">● Worked on high-load systems. </p><p dir="ltr">● Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB in Performance Testing).<br/><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong><br/></strong></p><ul> </ul><p><strong>What you will get in return:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Competitive Salary: </strong>We believe great work deserves great pay!
