We will encourage you to come to work your whole self, and that includes not coming to the office at all if you prefer not to, as we're 100% remote-friendly.</p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><p>Tech and Product are split into 3 areas, Customer, Patient, and Platform.  This opportunity sits within the customer area working with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions to our customers.  The customer area is focused on building solutions to make our doctors, secretaries, and the clinic’s lives better.  </p><p>DocPlanners tech is based on 2 monolithic applications that are being broken up into domain-based services deployed into k8ts inside AWS.  Experience in breaking down monolithic applications and cloud-based services is not expected but would greatly benefit the right candidate.  The majority of our customer offering is .Net the backend with Vue on frontend, the other major language we use is Symfony.  You are accountable for your area's technical and architectural direction, working closely with the team leads and staff engineers to deliver for today while having one eye on the future.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> <strong>We are looking for someone that :</strong></p><ul><li>Has backend knowledge</li><li>Can demonstrate delivering working software using agile delivery techniques</li><li>Embraces the “you build it, you run it” philosophy</li><li>Partners with product to build the right thing, the right way at the right pace </li><li>Embodies continuous improvement and learning</li></ul><p>You are responsible for nurturing and strengthening the product teams,  supporting and driving Team Leads and members to be independent and accountable for their actions.  You foster a healthy atmosphere by promoting open dialogue, creativity, and collaboration while establishing &amp; tracking team objectives and key results.  You offer guidance and mentorship, assess performance based on predetermined objectives and markers, recognize development opportunities, and provide frequent feedback.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Let’s talk money</strong></p><ul><li>A <strong>salary</strong> adequate to your experience and skills.<em>The range is broad so that we can accommodate our roles for all levels of experience, but we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company".</em><strong><em> Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you;</em></strong></li><li>For B2B contract: between 25,500.00 zł and 34,500.00 zł net monthly</li></ul><p>or company cost equivalent on employm
