Manager, Business Process

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the AMG Program Management team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will have the opportunity to improve the overall new product development execution and project selection in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Drive improvements to the corporate new product development performance metrics.
• Analyze new product development data to maximize return on investment
• Create reports and dashboards in various formats to enable management decision making and illustrate trends
• Assist in developing and implementing project management process improvements across multiple internal and external teams.
• Work with new product development teams to ensure best practices are being adopted throughout the organization

Requirements:

• Experience maintaining, analyzing, and retrieving clear and accurate data, records, and reports
• Experience with conflict management across diverse stakeholder groups
• Can do attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and create action plans based on the analysis
• Strong financial acumen
• Experience in the semiconductor industry strongly preferred
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance
