<p><span><span>As a <b>Senior Programmer Analyst (UNIX/C/SQL)</b> at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. <ul>
<li><span><span>Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Analyze, design and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs </span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project the manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team </span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members</span></span></li>
</ul>
<h2><b>What we're looking for</b></h2>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of applications design/development and programming with C, Oracle, SQL and TFS in a Unix/Linux environment (previous healthcare systems experience is highly desired but not required) </li>
<li>Experience with the full software development life cycle </li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for the design, creation and testing of programs</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel and clients</li>
</ul>

<li>Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States</li>
<li>Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)</li>
<li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required</li>
<li>Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.</li>

<p><span><span>The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
