Description
The New Hampshire Food Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Nutrition Incentive Coordinator for SNAP benefits. This role involves collaborating with the Nutrition Programs Manager and NH Nutrition Incentive Network Coordinator to support the Granite State Market Match (GSMM) and Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) programs. Responsibilities include network support, site location support, program expansion, and increasing awareness of the NH Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Programs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional leads and community organizations
- Facilitate meetings with network partners and organizations
- Develop monthly newsletters for community engagement
- Identify and expand GSMM and DUFB program sites
- Train and support new program sites
- Support SNAP Outreach Plan goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- College degree preferred
- Experience in community food and nutrition preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the state
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
