Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
Technical Ownership:

  • Act as the technical owner for automation projects, ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of solutions.

Design and Implement Automation Solutions:

  • Develop and deploy automation workflows using Salesforce.com, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.
  •  Be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of custom business applications using Power Apps to address departmental needs and directly contribute to partner critical metric achievement.

Data and Analytics:

  • Apply Power BI and other data analytics tools to gather insights and drive decision-making.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications and external data sources.

Process Assessment and Optimization:

  • Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, improve data flow, and enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Solution Development and Strategy:

  • Build and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with partners and business analysts to gather requirements, design effective Power Platform solutions aligned with business objectives and critical metric targets, and lead the development roadmap.

Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes and solutions.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to team members on new automation tools and processes.
  • Develop user training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and increase the value and efficiency gains of developed solutions.

Project Management:

  • Manage automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and consistency to project goals and timelines.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and manage a comprehensive testing and quality assurance process for all Power Platform solutions.

Multi-functional Collaboration:

  • Accomplish tasks through coaching and cooperation with other Regulatory, Quality, Medical, Operations, and R&D professionals worldwide.

Education / Experience:

  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 5-7 years related experience.
  •  Proven experience in automation solutions, with expertise in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, and data analytics.
  • Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with of 21 CFR820, ISO 13485 preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, or related areas are a plus.
