What We Want
The Senior Athletic Assistant, under general supervisions, is responsible for providing support to the Head Football Coach or Assistant Football Coaches as assigned.

Responsibilities
RECRUITING OPERATIONS:
Assists with coordinating all recruiting efforts (game days activities, official visits and unofficial visits, and other Football recruiting events). Assists with the documentation of all forms related to Football recruiting.
FILM/EVALUATION PROCESS:
Maintains up-to-date prospective student-athlete profiles and film profiles on behalf of assigned assistant coach(s). Serves as a liaison between assigned assistant coach(s) and video staff, providing specific video information and statistics as requested. Provides computer break down of video for prospective student-athlete. Organizes and distributes all video. Maintains up-to-date recruiting board on behalf of assigned assistant coach(s).
CAMP/CLINIC:
Assists the Football Camp Director with camp logistics.
COMPLIANCE:
Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference, and University rules and regulations. Establishes and ensures communication and enforcement of rules and regulations concerning student-athlete: conduct, appearance, road games, punctuality, and other areas as deemed appropriate. Maintains awareness of and supports the initiatives of the Athletics Department.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of experience in athletic administration, football recruiting, football operation and/or football coaching experience at high school or colligate level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree.
