The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns human capital strategy with the business objectives of the Avēsis Operations organization and the broader company. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management and more. Your will work primarily with the non-exempt sector of Avesis with a particular focus on the call center.
The HRBP will provide day-to-day coaching and leadership to their business lines to drive optimal performance across all teams. You will establish essential relationships with the leaders of the business lines assigned to you. You will leverage your relationships to form a collaborative environment where you will drive strategic talent management initiatives including talent performance, professional/leadership development, and succession planning. You will be the SME for HR policy application, employee relations management, and continued culture development, as well as organizational development. You will continually assess people leader capabilities in areas such as goal setting, performance review and succession planning to ensure it is robust. You will also review current library of people manager trainings to ensure they are aligned with company policy and best practices. When they are not, you will help to create new content to address deficiencies, as needed. You will cultivate relationships with our placement and temporary agencies. You will assist in onboarding and provisioning temporary staff properly and in a timely manner. You will work with the legal department to conduct investigations by collecting, analyzing and documenting quantitative and qualitative data, researching key business issues, identifying action plans, fully documenting investigative findings, and providing updates and recommendations to CHRO as well as providing follow-up to business leadership. Lastly, you will be providing support, training, informal coaching and guidance to colleagues on HR Team.
Functional Competencies
- Collaborate and act as organizational coach to business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters.
- Conduct an investigation, collect, review and analyze data and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Review trainings, identify deficiencies and co-create trainings for people leaders on key HR functions such as goal setting, performance and succession planning
- Working knowledge of E-verify and I9 rules and regulations
- Ability to provide guidance and input on business unit organizational restructures, workforce and succession planning.
- Knowledge of current DEIB principles and practices to elevate and drive success and retention of a diversified workforce.
- Knowledge of how to analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Skill and ease in communicating with various departments and levels of the organization.
- Ability to partner with business leaders to develop and execute both short- and long-term organizational effectiveness strategies that directly support an effective transition from strategy formulation to achieving results.
