<h3></h3><h2><b><span>Targets of the position:</span></b></h2><p></p><ul><li>Lead <span>a high-performing IT</span> team by fostering development, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning team goals with strategic <span>business objectives. </span></li><li>Ensure effective financial and resource stewardship through proactive budget planning, contract management, and vendor coordination.  </li><li><span>Drive operational application</span> and service management by delivering reliable IT solutions, ensuring compliance, and enabling business <span>innovation on modern</span> technology.  </li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Your key responsibilities:</b></h2><p></p><h3><u>Leadership &amp; Team Development</u></h3><ul><li><span>Lead teams with</span> full disciplinary responsibility, virtual and international, and manage highly <span>complex processes,</span> services, and technologies.  </li><li>Oversee resource planning, people management, and foster effective relationships <span>to leverage diverse</span> talents.  </li><li>Build collaborative relationships, foster diverse talents, and influence people to achieve team and organizational goals.  </li><li>Monitor, coordinate, and ensure the quality of <span>team output; initiate</span> measures for continuous quality improvement.  </li></ul><p></p><h3><u>Financial &amp; Resource Stewardship</u></h3><ul><li>Support budget planning and control <span>through accurate forecasting,</span> continuous monitoring, <span>and timely reporting</span> of deviations to ensure financial adherence and transparency towards management. </li></ul><p></p><h3><u>Demand &amp; Service Management</u>  </h3><ul><li>Support business and IT stakeholders <span>in identifying technology</span> requirements, conducting market analysis, and defining application roadmaps and cloud strategies.  </li><li>Manage the application portfolio in alignment with business and IT strategy, while overseeing IT demand through structured processes and tools to ensure strategic prioritization and transparency.  </li><li>Define and implement service frameworks, sourcing models, and contracts while developing technology and service strategies that respond to corporate guidance and evolving business needs. </li><li>Continuously improve services and processes in complex environments <span>by identifying optimization</span> opportunities and proactively managing risks through <span>targeted optimization strategies. </span></li></ul><p></p><h3><u>Project Delivery</u></h3><ul><li>Drive end-to-end project execution, including data migration, configuration, development, testing, and user acceptance.  </li></ul><p></p><h3><u>Operational Excellence &amp; Compliance </u></h3><ul><li>Execute and continuously improve emergency support processes in collaboration with business and third-party providers.  </li><li>Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.  </li><li>Oversee external partnerships and ensure adherence to governance, data protection, security, and operational standards. </li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2><b>Your skills and experiences: </b></h2><p></p><ul><li>Academic qualifications in IT, business, or related fields — or equivalent professional <span>experience demonstrating strategic</span> and operational excellence, focusing <span>on quality in</span> pharmaceutical area.</li><li><span>Extensive multi-annual experience in</span> managing complex processes and <span>solutions in GxP environment including</span> project and program leadership across global environments. </li><li>Proven track record in functional management and team leadership, with strong capabilities in guiding cross-functional and multicultural teams. </li><li>Strong <span>communication skills across</span> cultures and organizational levels, with the ability to influence decisions and align diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to build trust, foster strong working relationships, and collaborate effectively across global functions and with external partners in a virtual environment. </li><li>Ability to <span>make sound decisions under</span> pressure and take ownership of decisions <span>and results. </span></li><li>Language &amp; Mobility – Fluent English <span>is required; additional languages</span> are a plus.
