Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Strategic Ownership: Take ownership of the end-to-end pipeline and deployment experience for ServiceNow products, driving strategic initiatives to innovate and optimize processes across the software development lifecycle.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions and best practices for pipeline automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) within the ServiceNow ecosystem, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, quality assurance, and operations teams to gather requirements, define priorities, and drive alignment on pipeline and deployment strategies that enable rapid, reliable, and scalable product delivery.
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback related to pipeline and deployment experiences, and translating insights into actionable improvements and feature product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
- Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 12+ years of software product management experience
- Extensive background in CI/CD pipeline development and optimization
- Have worked in extremely complex native and hybrid cloud, distributed system architecture environments
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $181,100 - $316,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
