ERP Global Program Director

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our IT department and lead our ERP Transformation in Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, and India. The ideal candidate will play a leading role in defining our roll-out strategy, maximizing the value for our markets and stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of D365. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both senior business and IT leaders.

The person in this position will be part of the team led by the Vice President of Digital Products & Services.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

• ERP Product Rollout Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout strategy for ERP products (incl. Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement) across the group, region, or specific market(s), ensuring alignment with business objectives and global process standards.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, develop, and lead a cross-functional program team across the group, markets, and regions.
• Product Rollout Delivery: Oversee the overall template design, integration and implementation, and template governance process – ensuring that we maintain one solution globally.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including regional teams, group functions & local markets, to gather requirements and ensure effective product adoption.
• Program Planning: Maintain detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for each region or market rollout.
• Resource Planning: Plan resource requirements effectively, sourcing high-quality talent to support product development and execution – on time and in budget.
• Budgeting: Plan and secure budgets together with business counterparts to ensure sufficient funding to deliver product outcomes and roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, regions, markets) to ensure seamless execution of the rollout plan.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the rollout, developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze rollout performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Partner Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key partners to co-create solutions and enhance long-term value from engagements.
• Program Governance: Establish and chair overall programme governance and act as the primary link between executive sponsors, SteerCo, and regional delivery team(s).
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a cross

 

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a passionate professional with ERP transformation experience with Dynamics 365. In addition to this, to thrive in the role, we imagine that you possess:

 

• Previous experience with successful implementations of Dynamics 365 ERP  (incl. F&O, Supply Chain & Procurement)
• Comprehensive understanding of IT governance processes and best practices.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enhancing the ability to connect with stakeholders across various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change across an organization.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Experience working closely with senior business & IT stakeholders
• Experience in the CPG / FMCG industry is a plus
