🌟 What You'll Do: As our Aerospace Program Management Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our Engine Platform objectives, helping us build a brighter future. Here's what your mission entails:

🌟 Data Sleuth: Mine our data warehouse and PowerBI to uncover trends that support engine platform analyses.

🌟 Be the Go-To: Become a respected resource and a dependable contributor to key Engine Platform goals.

🌟 Numbers Whisperer: Dive into engine platform financial trend data, analyzing sales, margins, pricing, and growth to drive informed decisions.

🌟 Technical Whiz: Construct technical data packages and present them to management for alignment and customer submission.

🌟 Contract Management: Assist in managing new contracts and programs in coordination with the Engine Platform and Business Development teams.

🌟 Value Proposition Guru: Work closely with platform managers to maintain a robust Value Proposition for our customer offerings.

🌟 Team Player: Collaborate with our Chromalloy Units on engineering and operational matters, solving challenges and driving initiatives.

🌟 Knowledge Enthusiast: Develop a working knowledge of engine maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

✅ An undergraduate degree (technical background preferred)

✅ 2 to 7 years of experience in engineering, business, or manufacturing within a turbine OEM, MRO, or airline company

✅ Skills in project management, time management, and a knack for numbers

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other MS Office products

✅ Willingness to work in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with occasional travel to customer and internal sites (around 10%)
