Our Client Services Representatives:
Responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to, scheduling and processing surrender and return appointments, adoptions, assist with vaccine and spay/neuter clinics, schedule clinical appointments, and assisting the community.
The Client Services Team accomplishes the NHS mission through great customer service, ensuring the community has a positive experience, and providing resources that help both pets and the public.
