About the Job
The Global Learning and Development Manager sets the strategy for development programs, oversees the design, and implements and manages global learning and development programs for AGCO. As a key strategic partner, you will ensure solutions are aligned with AGCO global business strategies and change initiatives and provides expert consultancy services to senior leaders, HRBPs, and executives. This role will lead and oversee the key learning and development initiatives on a global scale. This role will focus on pipeline development programs for our technical talent and will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills and competencies of AGCO employees worldwide.
Your Impact
- Talent Development Strategy – Working with business stakeholders and HRBPs this key role will set the strategy for pipeline development programs specific to our technical talent.
- Program Oversight – Oversees the instructional process across assigned programs, evaluating the quality of programs and curriculum on an ongoing basis. Aligns with other Global Learning professionals to ensure solution alignment and effectiveness.
- Project Management – Coordinates and drives the plan for learning programs. Takes ownership of assigned projects, documents program plans, reports results in a timely manner, and drives timely completion for every milestone.
- Communications – Manages the marketing and communications for assigned programs. Communicating regularly with program stakeholders, leadership, and others as required.
- Partnership – Partner with other learning and talent professionals, business stakeholders, and HRBPs to drive success in learning culture and development.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree (adult education, training, HR, or related degree). Masters preferred.
- 7+ years of successful learning experience, three years of work experience in program management and demonstrated success in building learning and development strategy that is scalable at all levels of the organization.
- Build strong relationships that foster a trusting, inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Ability to influence and build consensus/alignment at all levels throughout the organization and collaborate with all levels of leadership.
- English proficiency, other languages are a plus.
