About the Role We’re looking for a result-oriented and skilled Technical Program Manager who will help DeepL speed up product delivery through proper planning and execution of our big bets that consist of both technical and technical projects. You will partner with the product, research, engineering, analytics, design and go-to-market teams to help their functions work together on program goals with maximum efficiency in the environment of trust and diversity. You will be required to showcase excellent problem-solving, project management and interpersonal skills. The role would require ability to influence business decisions through quantitative and qualitative insights and continually drive optimization of product development in partnership with product operations managers.

• Heave programs properly planned, with all timelines and milestones in place
• Have all responsible people aligned at every moment of time around goals, scope, quality and deadlines of the projects within the program
• Make sure risks are defined and mitigated
• Resolve obstacles and ensure efficient and timely execution against the plan in teams
• Ensure execution transparency for all stakeholders
• Pursue standards and artefacts for program/project management in the company

About you

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager/delivery manager in a tech company
• 2+ year of experience as a Program Manager in a tech company
• Technical education (computer science or similar)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certificate is a plus)
• Thorough understanding of software development life cycle from conception to delivery
• Exceptional execution skills
• High EQ: shows ability to gain trust and set up good relationships with different people=
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to structure and simplify information.
