As a HR Business Partner within PNC's Business Partners organization, you will be based in Miami Beach or Palm Beach Gardens FL.The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing Line of Business (LOB) strategy through effective people practices, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development. This role partners closely with leadership to drive business outcomes by leveraging HR processes, data insights, technology, and talent strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with advanced HR expertise and demonstrates proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled technologies, to increase efficiency and enhance decision-making.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description
- Consults on the design, implementation, and integration of organization-wide staffing, employee development, organizational design, and performance and change management programs and initiatives.
- Assisting managers and employees with all human resources and employee relations issues.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of all HR policies, practices and processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Recommending areas of improvement to achieve and deliver higher quality services.
- Partnering with business area managers in the development of solutions for employee related issues that affect business results.
- Monitoring various HR trends within area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing reports from employee data. Presenting analysis and recommendations to managers and working to develop action plans for addressing identified HR issues.
