AgriSompo has a unique opportunity for a Crop Insurance Senior Quality Control Analyst for our Quality Control team.
As a Senior Quality Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring adherence to the compliance requirements outlined in the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA). Your responsibilities will primarily focus on conducting production history audits, policy reviews, and claim assessments. Additionally, you will conduct audits related to policies, programs, and systems to ensure accurate application of policy provisions and underwriting standards. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:
- Open, track, assign and monitor Risk Management Agency (RMA) Regional Compliance Office Cases (which includes FSA referrals, Program Monitoring, Individual Policy reviews, and confidential complaints), Improper Payment Reviews (IPERIA), and Program Performance Assessment (PPA) reviews and report findings to the National Quality Control Manager.
- Communicate with RMA Compliance personnel and other stakeholders (agents, UWs, field claims), and drafting formal responses to RMA Compliance Cases.
- Research and Interpret policy provisions to provide formal written responses to RMA Regional Compliance Offices.
- Assist with process and system improvements.
- Assist in the continuous monitoring and the reporting processes as required by the SRA.
- Monitor HyDRA (data mining reports) – the reports are downloaded, tracked, and assigned by analyst.
- Other duties as assigned such as Quality Control reporting
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years of crop insurance experience such as claims and/or underwriting
- Preferred CAPP Certification, but not required
- General crop insurance and knowledge to access information from applicable handbooks
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization
- Proficiency in computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook plus PDF program
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to successfully handle multiple assignments and coordinate several projects with changing priorities
- Ability to work both autonomously and effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to travel up to 15%; 1-2 times a year for meetings
