Technical Product Manager

Full time - Paris based (on-site or hybrid role)

As a (senior) technical product manager at Kiln, you will oversee our Kiln Connect product. This is our developer-facing API product enabling our customers to whitelabel Earn functionality into their products (i.e offer yield on any crypto asset) through a single abstraction for all assets. This API is used by top fintechs & crypto players such as Revolut, Crypto.com, and Ledger.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

• Define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

• Communicate internally and externally about product requirements. 

• Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managers…), gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and facilitating product onboarding

• Analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the crypto industry, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new feature developments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management (not as PO or project manager)

• Demonstrated pro experience or strong interest in the crypto sector:

  • Either a first professional experience in the crypto industry,

  • Or a very strong personal interest in the sector that can be demonstrated during the interview process (used DeFi, ran validators...).

• Technical background (exp in backend working on rest.APIs) and work well with engineering teams

  • You are sufficiently curious and motivated to dig into the details of how products work and can explain complex technical concepts.

• Analytical mind and rigorous communication. You enjoy and are good at synthesising complex information and conveying your learning, both in oral and written formats

• Strong product acumen, you have opinions about great products and can put yourself in the shoes of both a retail and B2B user in the staking space 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment, with first-hand experience

• French-speaking.
