About the team
A newly created operations function with approximately one hundred total full-time employees. This function is currently part of the COO leadership team, conformed of five teams, distributed between Malta, Lisbon, and Stockholm. There are currently two senior peers leading the AML function and Finance Operations & Corporate Systems function, based in Stockholm.

What you’ll do

• Build an industry-leading customer support with focus on a game-changing merchant experience
• Build a team which has customer obsession in their DNA
• Define channel strategy and location roadmap for growth
• Create a data-driven way of working
• Drive product improvement and collaborate with the commercial team
• Be part in shaping the Trustly band towards consumers, e.g. own Trustpilot and social media
• Equipping our support organization for scaling

Who you are

• Passionate and driven
• Experienced in hands-on operations management and strategy
• Interest in automation & AI
• Background with B2B support, ideally from fintech
• Able to travel to Malta & Portugal when needed
