Your role:
- Translate global PBS category strategy into Americas execution plans while driving measurable value through savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency improvements.
- Build and manage a robust savings pipeline, leveraging demand management, specification optimization, and full spend visibility.
- Lead strategic supplier and ecosystem management, including segmentation, performance governance, consolidation, and MSP oversight.
- Drive commercial excellence, leading complex sourcing and negotiations while owning contracting frameworks (rate cards, SoWs, outcome-based models).
- Act as a strategic business partner, influencing stakeholders, aligning procurement with business priorities, and driving fact-based decision making.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement/Category Management (preferably Professional Services), with a strong track record in supplier negotiations, commercial value delivery, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global, matrix organization.
- Your skills include managing top-tier professional services suppliers, with a strong understanding of SoW-based procurement, external workforce models, and data-driven decision making, while demonstrating ownership, integrity, and the ability to build trusted relationships and challenge stakeholders to drive impactful, transparent outcomes.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in Nashville Tennessee is $116000 to $155000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
