Concierge Supervisor - The Crossings

The Crossings, seeks a Concierge Supervisor to oversee the reception team and report to the Executive Director. 

The two front desks in the community serve as the communication focal point.  The Concierge Supervisor will ensure both coverage of the areas and the highest level of hospitality. Receptionists will be managing phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, managing resident transportation and outing schedules, mail services, deliveries, clerical support and assisting residents with requests.
