About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior Dissemination Specialist to support intelligence dissemination and cross‑domain operations within the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) under Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO). This role performs advanced dissemination functions while applying rigorous analytic tradecraft, metadata standards, and classification judgment to ensure intelligence products are shared securely, accurately, and in compliance with policy.

The Senior Dissemination Specialist meets all qualifications of a Mid‑level Dissemination Specialist and brings deeper expertise, independent execution capability, and advanced analytic rigor to support complex, high‑level intelligence missions.

What you’ll do

Intelligence Dissemination & Cross‑Domain Operations

• Prepare and process the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains
• Perform cross‑domain dissemination of intelligence products and associated materials on approved networks
• Manage the sending and posting of intelligence products to approved individuals, organizations, and repositories
• Verify appropriate user clearances, accesses, and need‑to‑know prior to dissemination
• Register intelligence products into approved intelligence repositories

Metadata Management & Tools

• Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government‑approved standards
• Use Government‑specified tools to generate and modify metadata, including:
• • Document Dissemination Tool (DDT)
  • Create, Organize, Retrieve, and Evaluate (CORE) tool
  • DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB)
  • Microsoft SharePoint (2013+) and Microsoft Office Suite

Classification, Security & Compliance

• Execute and support dissemination activities involving complex security classification decisions, including foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, and cross‑domain operations
• Log potential inadvertent security incidents and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting
