 Verdantas is a national consulting group seeking a talented Construction Representative to join our team in the Youngstown, OH team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring work for compliance with plans and specifications
• Preparing written reports, calculations, client interface, and related work items
• Monitoring of heavy highway, water & wastewater works, underground utility installation, and municipal infrastructure improvements
• Applicant must possess a valid Driver’s License, have a good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience inspecting Municipal infrastructure paving and related projects is required, with Turnpike, DOT, and LPA experience preferred.  
• Preference will be given to candidates who in addition to the above possess some or all the following certifications: NICET Level 1 or 2 Highway, ACI Grade 1 Concrete, DOT Aggregates Levels 1&2, DOT Asphalt Level 2. 
• Candidates having both municipal and transportation experience would be ideal.
