Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.</p> <p><br/>Inviting applications for the role of Logistics Senior Specialist – Domain Trainee – English – Hybrid Katowice </p> <p>Main Job Purpose: <br/>Logistics Senior Specialist is responsible for managing both the dispatch process of primary transport of finished goods between sourcing units and primary distribution centers (including overflow locations) within the European network and Primary transport management (only from Client  factories).</p> <p>Logistics Senior Specialist is responsible for daily dispatch planning for the Category, reconciliation, interacting with other stakeholders as necessary, performing the necessary rituals and routines (reports, meetings etc.), it is also first point of contact for Category. Performs operational tasks within Logistic area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible to ensure Logistic processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Ensure efficient cooperation with warehousing, Production Planning, Documentation team.</p> <p> <br/>Responsibilities <br/>•    Collecting detailed deployment plan in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring its readiness and final shipments execution. <br/>•    Review of TLB (Truck Load Building), forecast and available to deploy stock at product code level. <br/>•    Coordinates execution of special freight. <br/>•    Creating transport orders in the systems SAP/Oracle for further execution. <br/>•    Ensuring that correct priorities are given to transport of customer service, <br/>•    Close collaboration with Warehousing, Production Planning, Documentation team<br/>•    Checking daily dispatch adherence – ensuring all orders from previous day has been loaded and shipped out <br/>•    Making necessary changes if needed to the plan and execution<br/>•    Gathering data and preparations for Annual carrier tendering (Lotus).<br/>•    Performing short-term, mid-term and long-term capacity checks to flag contracted capacity risks.<br/>•    Managing transport order of primary transport (Auto tendered and Perfect orders) basis request from Sourcing units.<br/>•    Creating shipments of primary orders and respective exception management.<br/>•    Performing transport execution activities like slot booking, track &amp; trace, express shipment during transit etc.<br/>•    Supporting Logistic Quality team with required details regarding quality incidents.<br/>•    Performing scenario analysis during crisis and route the request to L1 org for cost related decision making.<br/>•    Participating in monthly performance meetings with Sourcing Units along with L1 Org.<br/>•    Jointly performing weekly performance meeting along with L1 Organization to ensure targets are met.</p> <p> <br/>Qualifications we seek in you! <br/>Minimum Qualifications / Skills <br/> <br/>•    University degree (minimum Bachelor)  / logistics/planning can be an advantage<br/>•    Fluency in spoken and written English – both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers <br/>•    Process development, improvement, and implementation experience  <br/>•    Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation &amp; problem-solving skills  <br/>•    Good understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures, and key metrics  <br/>•    Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills - ability to cooperate with internal and external parties<br/>•    Working knowledge of any of the ERP systems like SAP, JDA Manugistics, etc. <br/>•    Ability to work under time pressure and quickly set priorities <br/>•    Experience in supply planning or logistics  <br/>•    Customer Service related experience<br/>•    Good interpersonal skills: communication, influencing</p> <p> <br/>Preferred Qualifications/ Skills <br/> <br/>•    Previous experience in SAP / APO welcome <br/>•    Another European language will be an asset <b
