About the role
<p>This is a <strong>highly dynamic</strong> role to secure the<strong> best talent</strong> in the market. This <strong>key role</strong> supports the<strong> University Hiring channel</strong>. The <strong>ideal candidate </strong>will coordinate <strong>end-to end recruiting processes, manage regular candidate communication </strong>and ensure <strong>timely tracking</strong> of candidates. </p><ul> <li><strong>Supporting the University Hiring Channel: </strong></li> <li>Manage <strong>university partnerships,</strong> ensuring necessary <strong>visibility </strong></li> <li>Collaborate with both the <strong>Campus and International Recruiting Teams, attending virtual and in person campus events and presentations </strong>as appropriate </li> <li>You will organise<strong> end-to-end recruiting processes, manage the pipeline </strong>and be the <strong>candidate's SPOC </strong>from application to offer coordination </li> <li><strong>Lead</strong> the application pre-screening process </li> <li>You are <strong>responsible for the efficient organisation</strong> of both <strong>virtual and in person interviews</strong> <strong>and interview days</strong> as well as providing the <strong>pertinent interview documentation </strong></li> <li>Provide support for<strong> event organisation </strong> </li> <li><strong>Ensure data accuracy</strong> for analysis of the <strong>recruitment events, applications and assessment processes </strong>in both spreadsheets and the recruitment database </li> <li><strong>Contribute to the DE&I targets</strong> for BCG Brussels </li> <li>Manage the <strong>recruiting inbox</strong> as required</li> </ul>
<ul> <li>Minimum <strong>2 years of</strong> <strong>office administration </strong>experience which has required many <strong>organisational skills</strong></li> <li><strong>Excellent English </strong>(written and spoken) </li> <li>Sound knowledge of<strong> Excel and PowerPoint </strong></li> <li>Effective and adaptable communication skills are <strong>crucial in order to interact effectively with all stakeholders (your team, recruitment stakeholders and candidates) </strong>even when busy </li> <li>The ability to have a <strong>can-do attitude </strong>and be <strong>hands on is</strong> <strong>key </strong></li> <li><strong>You rely on your proactivity </strong>to identify opportunities to<strong> support your team and improve working methodologies </strong></li> <li>Due to the large amounts of information in this role plus the short deadlines, one needs to be both an<strong> excellent prioritiser as well as detail oriented </strong></li></ul>
