Head Chefs are responsible for creating, planning, and executing all fresh, from scratch weekly menus with input from the client and Management team. Direct all food preparation and staff in accordance with company’s core values and culture. Manage and uphold the best sanitation practices in the kitchen. Maintain outstanding communication with management and customers. Consistently deliver outstanding products and customer service

About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Utility team member to join our Operations department. This hourly, full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Utility staff member, you will ensure that all workstations, equipment, and utensils are meticulously cleaned and ready for daily use. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the team and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Support food preparation activities by ensuring all tools and surfaces are sanitized and ready for use.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of kitchen supplies, such as cleaning agents, towels, and dishware.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks for kitchen equipment and areas as scheduled or required.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation standards.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive work ethic.
