About the project 
 
As a Lead Engineer (Installed Apps), you will take charge of our classic C# desktop applications while supporting the M365 migration strategy. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship during a pivotal transformation period. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
✅ Oversee daily operations and coordinate work across a distributed team (multiple time zones). 
✅ Lead release management and escalation handling for enterprise customers. 
✅ Conduct performance reviews, career development, and team capacity planning. 
✅ Mentor engineers, provide coaching, and support professional growth. 
✅ Participate in recruiting and hiring for desktop development and enterprise integration roles. 
✅ Collaborate with product management to refine requirements and prioritize work. 
✅ Facilitate technical discussions, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration. 
✅ Manage customer relationships and provide technical leadership during escalations. 
✅ Define architectural designs for desktop-to-cloud migration. 
✅ Build compliance frameworks for enterprise security. 
✅ Design backward compatibility strategies during platform transitions.
