The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities

 

As a Part-Time Student-Human Resources located in Milan or Moline, IL, you will….

 

• Serve as an important team member of the Aftermarket & Customer Support, Precision Upgrades, and Business transformation HR team.
• Work with the business, HR colleagues, and talent acquisition (recruiters) to acquire talent.
• Assist with HR related tasks such as: employee onboarding, report generation, basic data analysis, electronic employee/organizational record administration, and answering general HR questions. 
• Serve on project teams to improve the employee experience.

What Skills You Need

 

• Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in human resources, communications, or business administration; others may apply.

• Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university.
• Graduation date of December 2024 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Available to work during the academic year 12-20 hours/weekly (flexible hours to work around school schedule and other obligations).
• Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly (flexible hours to work around school schedule and other obligations).
• Must be able to commute to the work location in the Quad Cities (Milan, IL and Moline, IL) a minimum of 1 day per week, and 1 or more days during the summer semester (this position can be hybrid or in-office).
