These may include Data Centres, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, process solutions such as Hydrogen, sustainable fuels like Ammonia, and power generation projects.<br/>Over time, you will take full responsibility for medium to large-scale projects, managing multiple clients, leading multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating third-party companies to ensure successful project delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location &amp; Work Model</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>This position is based in our Madrid office, with a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.</p> <p><br/><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Ideally, experience in Data Centre project management or managing a variety of projects across different solutions.<br/>We also welcome candidates with relevant experience in other areas of the engineering sector.<br/>Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>While your primary focus will be on projects in Spain, you will also have the opportunity to support key initiatives across the EMEA region, including the UK.</p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-JM3</p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2> <p>•    Managing all aspects of sustainable process projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality.<br/>•    Managing FEL 1, 2 and 3 Projects and EPC Phase.<br/>•    Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing.<br/>•    Obtaining new/repeat business on medium to large size projects and supporting contract negotiations <br/>•    Actively promoting BV’s safety culture.<br/>•    Working with discipline Engineers and Construction Managers to identify and resolve problems or issues related to design, schedule, materials, change management safety and quality.<br/>•    Participation in integrated planning sessions.<br/>•    Manages risk which may include fixed price, new technology, non domestic markets or new clients.</p><h2><b>Management Responsibilities</b></h2> Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team.
