The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and portion sizes
• Assist with food assembly and presentation
• Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Stock supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
•  Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling monetary transactions
• Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
