Our Customer Success Specialists are both product and workflow specialists and are of the utmost importance for our organization.</p><p>You will supervise a portfolio of users in one or several specific segments (Investment Banking, Trading, Investment Management or Private Banking), with the aim to ensure the full satisfaction of your users.</p><p>You will be the main point of contact for our users and in charge of their onboarding and training.</p><p>We live with our time and understand the need for a hybrid model made of onsite visits and remote trainings.</p><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITES</p><p>- Be acknowledgeable on your field(s) and advise clients on their respective workflows</p><p>- Train users on the different tools of LSEG</p><p>- Ensure client satisfaction during the whole Client LifeCycle</p><p>- Contribute to the improvement of our tools and data by feeding back client needs and suggestions to our product team</p><p>- Identify additional sales opportunities</p><p></p><p>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED</p><p>- Good knowledge of Financial Markets</p><p>- A first experience in a bank or investment company or a financial firm is highly valuable</p><p>- Have the following strengths: good teaching skills, excellent interpersonal skills, optimist, client oriented, organized, passionate, proactive</p><p>- Italian and English fluent</p><p></p><p>LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
