Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) is responsible for all systems & tools business requirements, business processes, and operations in our partner and direct sales community. About the Opportunity
The GBRO Organization is looking to add a Senior Director role in a critical new Business Planning and Change Management function. This person will bring extensive industry experience and perspectives, having the ability to translate those into real world business requirements. It will specialize in the change management of Oracles Sales teams and its Partner Ecosystem by adopting business process & tools, increasing partner & internal sales productivity by optimizing operational processes, launch & release of new operational initiatives, and business expansion of new areas that include working with our partner communities. This role will have areas of focus on GSI, SI & Services, GIU’s, Apps, Tech, Cloud and all other aspects of Oracles sales ecosystem. This role will report to the Vice President of Global Business Revenue Operations and will manage a small team to enable this function.

- Lead and participate in executive level discussions related to industry perspectives, experience, and business requirements.
- Serve as the right hand and proxy to / for the VP of GBRO managing the GBRO Rhythm of the Business
- Define & scope long term operational strategy change management for sales and north star vision for assigned Partner Type or Sales Function
- Work cross-functionally to gather support, alignment and inputs from systems GPO leadership, incorporating them into our strategy/roadmap
- Ensure all business processes meet our compliance & audit requirements
- Expert adviser to the Business Process team and GBRO Senior Leadership team
- Prioritize business drivers to influence systems enhancements and fixes
- Ensure documentation of all critical systems material meets standards and requirements as per business needs
- Comprehensive communications plan to partners and sales for upcoming releases & launches
- Review Testing teams on quality assurance before they sign off for production
- Understand current operational business models for partners
- Understand business & market trends, bring them to bear to influence the operational efficiencies and roadmaps

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $138,000 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
