Come and join us! We are looking for a finance partner to support North America Customer Success Services organization. The individual will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Compensation, Controllership and Global Business Finance groups on a regular basis.
This position requires extensive interaction with cross functional teams. Strong communication skills with relevant services and cloud industry background is helpful. Experience supporting executives and demonstrated FP&A process leadership is desired.

- Provide financial mentorship and Business Partner expertise to the business in order to identify areas of risk and ways to improve performance
- Drive automation & innovation in finance processes
- Lead forecasting and analysis
- Lead the quarterly close process, in close coordination with global Finance colleagues
- Track forecast accuracy to understand drivers of variances, and share insights with relevant collaborators
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests to accelerate growth and to assist in business strategy
- Identify and assess key financial performance indicators & metrics to measure & track business performance
- Prepare financial information and analysis in support of Quarterly Business Reviews and other ad-hoc senior management meetings
- Contribute to annual planning and resource allocation
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in high transparency, high complexity, fast paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple challenging priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with business partners and offshore resources, to influence and form strong working relationships.
- Strong data analytical and modelling skills. Experience working with large datasets.
- Business intelligence skills with experience in producing flexible, repeatable, succinct reports and dashboards that are highly automated and have few touch points.
- Knowledge of sales and services organizations, cloud technologies, products, trends and market dynamics.
- Utmost attention to detail, strong analysis and research skills. Ability to steadfastly pursue a problem to completion.
- Ability to implement processes, and identify cross-functional issues
- Great teammate with positive, can-do demeanor willing to what it takes to get the job done right in the interest of the team.

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
