We are seeking a hands-on skilled and experienced Data Solutions Architect with a strong background in Data Modeling, Snowflake or other Databases, and Python. In this individual contributor role, you will design, build, and implement scalable data solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience architecting data platforms, integrating complex data sets, and optimizing performance for data-intensive applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure that data architecture aligns with business goals.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and architect data solutions that align with business objectives, using best practices in data modeling and architecture.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data platforms and analytics.
• Implement data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead data architecture and data integration efforts to consolidate data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python and other relevant tools.
• Provide guidance and best practices on ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing strategies.
• Work closely with data engineers and developers to implement and maintain the data architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions.
• Perform data quality assurance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning on data platforms.
• Ensure data governance and security policies are applied consistently across data environments.
